Finding direction when things feel overwhelming

The Compass Room is a calm, private space within M.A.S.H for people who need time, space, and support to work out their next steps.

It’s for members of the Armed Forces community — and those supporting them — when life feels complex, stuck, or overwhelming.

Here, conversations aren’t rushed.

We take time to listen, understand what’s really going on and help bring clarity to situations involving multiple pressures or services. By turning connection into direction, the Compass Room helps you move from uncertainty toward stability, confidence, and longer-term wellbeing.

Because support works best when it’s calm, coordinated, and human.

Sessions are available by appointment — get in touch to book using the contact us link below.

The Compass Room also supports professionals, volunteers and organisations working with the Armed Forces community, helping ensure people can access the right support locally.

If you are an organisation that requires the use of the compass room, please email bookings@mashuk.org.uk or contact us using the links below.
