Because every conversation matters

Do you need help right now?

Life in – and after – the Forces isn’t always easy

Experiences on the parade square or in operational theatres can linger long after stepping out of uniform. The weight can feel even heavier when you think you should just “crack on” alone.

Those experiences don’t only affect the person who served — they can also impact partners, children and families who live with the ups and downs of military life.

That’s why whether you’re a veteran, a serving soldier, an Armed Forces partner, or the child of someone who wears the cap badge, M.A.S.H. offers free, confidential counselling in a space that feels safe, respectful and judgment-free.

“They understood the impact military life has on families — I didn’t have to explain every little thing. I could just talk… and be myself.”

Why counselling?

To unpack memories that still feel raw or intrusive

To steady overwhelming feelings like anger, anxiety or grief

To rebuild confidence and self‑worth after injury, transition or loss

To learn healthier ways to cope with stress, relationships or everyday life

Here to listen, not question.

To understand, not judge.

And to support you, wherever you’re starting from.
