Families are the backbone of those who serve and have served, and we’re here to offer them the support they deserve every step of the way.

Our charity provides a welcoming space for spouses, children and loved ones to connect, share experiences, and access the support they need. Through family-friendly events and meet-ups, we help families and carers build lasting friendships with others who understand their journey.

How we support families

Practical guidance

We help families access the right advice and services, from housing and financial assistance to mental health support and employment opportunities.

Emotional support

Adjusting to life during or after military service can be challenging. We provide a network of understanding peers, as well as links to professional counselling and support groups.

Social connections

Through family-friendly events and meet-ups, we help veterans' families and carers build lasting friendships with others who understand their journey.

Crisis support

Immediate assistance for those in urgent need, offering tailored support to navigate through difficult times.

Bringing families together

From family retreats to fun days out, M.A.S.H offers a range of activities and events designed to bring the Armed Forces community and their loved ones closer together. These opportunities allow families to share advice, experiences, and access vital support, while activity days and seasonal events help children of service members build friendships and feel part of a strong, supportive community.

Whether it’s a casual get-together or a larger event, these moments of connection can truly make a difference.
